Third night painting live, from an abstract liquid acrylic background, yo the appearance of a Pueo (Hawaiian Owl) to more trees and a dark tunnel portal. On a wood octagon provided. This has been such a. Great experience for me developing a way of live painting even with my messy pour painting techniques. #livepaintings Live painting @space_city_lights I changed the little bird to smaller and more vulnerable… it is the scene I witnessed of an ‘Io stealing a baby Minor bird from its nest from our mac nut tree. Then I added energy lines flowing from the wings of the hawk to show how it’s stealing the little souls of the bird eggs, meanwhile the egg souls rise and evolve up to become like the flower of life Star I drew. The star was also based on seeing a light orb travel over us on our way to paint and dance one of the nights. Jumping the Abyss has its risks, some souls get eaten and start again, some rise and move on to other worlds. In a way this is a phoenix metaphor. More will be revealed to me as I contemplate the painting… what do you see? Artwork is for silent auction at the venue. #abstactpainting #visionaryart #visionaryartist #hawaiiartists
